How does my item get shipped?

Smaller packages will be sent VIA Fedex and UPS. Larger packages will be sent through an LTL service. LTL shipments will include the shipping company setting up a delivery appointment prior to delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We ship to the lower 48 states. For Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, contact us for shipping options.

How long does delivery take?

Items are estimated to be delivered within 2 weeks for in stock items. To find out a better ETA contact us!

How are the items packaged?

We package all large items extra to ensure safer transit. No one wants to receive a damaged item!

Do you collect state sales tax?

We collect sales tax for WA state and Canada. If you are a customer in Canada, there may be billing adjustments so contact us prior to placing your order.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

What are the steps to get my warranty?

Once you receive your appliance, apply for the warranty on the manufacturers web page. Contact us if you need help finding this!

How do I return my order?

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your product is damaged, do not sign for it! Once you sign it, the shipping company is no longer liable for any damages. Feel free to open the item and ensure it is not damaged. Please contact customer service in the event you need to return your appliance. All returns require a Return Authorization and are subject to a 25% - 35% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items. You MUST contact us within 30 days of receiving the item!

Can I return a discontinued or closeout item?

Anything sold below retail price, closeout, or discontinued item CANNOT be returned. If there is damage upon delivery we will start the claim process.
